Full Time Accounting Clerk?
Responsibilities include: Creating invoices in QuickBooks and following up with Customers for payment Reconcile payments against accounts and post to ledger Keep customer records up to date, file paid invoices and statements Follow up with customers on payment discrepancies Create Sales Reports Must be organized, focused, able to multitask, work under pressure, and a critical thinker with problem-solving skills.?
Must be Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks.??
