ADP: Associate Banking Relations

RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with ADP’s partner banks and banking support teams.Ability to understand customer needs and anticipate customer expectations in providing excellent service.Able to work effectively as part of team and build strong relationships with multiple business teams.Coordinates all new account services with ADP’s partner banks.Coordinates contract renewals and identifies legal business requirements with Corporate Legal, Corporate Treasury, and internal departments.Develops and negotiates all banking service operating guidelines with partner banks to formalize ADP’s business requirements.Identifies project requirements for ADP’s money movement services.Coordinates and monitors the successful completion of project based implementations for new bank products and services through members of a small to large cross functional team.Possesses and applies an in-depth analytical skill set of knowledge by working with internal and external business teams, partner banks, and third party vendors.Applies decision making authority and critical thinking for the management of the project.Coordinates testing efforts with partner banks, vendors, and all business teams to ensure a successful implementation.Maintains knowledge of current and evolving banking services, laws/regulations, and technologies in financial management.Supports and actively participates in banking industry change initiatives.Coordinates and advises internal and external business teams as appropriate.Identifies opportunities to improve services and product efficiencies.Provides on-going banking support to all internal and external business teams.Maintains outstanding service rapport with all departments and appropriately escalates issues.Ensures all banking products and support services are established within the service level agreement guidelines.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:1-3 years in Banking Operations, Treasury Services, and Account Analysis.1-3 years in Project Management and payroll related client services.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or Finance required.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:Self-motivator and is able to work independently.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products and basic accounting skills.Certifications: Such as the Accredited ACH Professional (” AAP”) or the Certified Cash Manager (” CCM”) or Certified Treasury Professional (” CTP”) designations are strongly desired.Explore our COVID-19 page https://jobs.Adp.Com/covid19/ to understand how ADP is approaching safety, travel, the hiring interview process, and more.Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Equal Employment Opportunity at ADP: ADP affirms that inequality is detrimental to our associates, our clients, and the communities we serve.
