Our fresh, fast-paced e-commerce startup is looking for an administrative/personal assistant to the CEO & Team with accounting experience.
A key feature of this position will involve accounting.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, analytical, has superior communication skills (both verbal & written), and works well in a team setting.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Tracking sales
Processing invoices
Processing business & employee expense reports
Compiling weekly & monthly reports on sales, cash flow, etc
Keeping track of the company’s and CEO’s calendar
Data Entry
Fulfilling administrative tasks as assigned
Running errands as they arise (must be able to drive)
Qualifications:
2-3 years of accounting experience
Advanced in Microsoft programs: Word, Powerpoint, & particularly Excel
Experience with Google docs & QuickBooks
Must have car & a valid CA drivers license
AA in Accounting or equal works experience (2-5 years)
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is preferred
This position will start out at 20 hours a week, with a monthly salary of $2,000.We are based in downtown Los Angeles, which is where you will be working.
