Accounting Manager

SUMMARY Manages professional level accounting functions and the preparation of reports including earnings, profits/losses, cash balances, and cost accounting.

Manages assigned accounting staff and activities to ensure accurate and timely account information and financial statements.

Maintain accurate accounting records.

Ensure accuracy of general and subsidiary ledgers and prepare financial statements.

Examine financial statements and transactions for completeness, accuracy and conformity with established accounting practices and Part 32 rules, as well as Part 64 cost separations.QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Three years in a supervisory or senior role desired.

CPA is a plus.
