You will be able to work with experts work with interdisciplinary teams to provide counsel at every stage of a fund, drawing on the collective knowledge and experience of our firm’s tax, securities, ERISA, banking and other financial services practices.What you do:Creates fund entitiesResearches Blue SkyPrepares Form DsMaintains fund tracking spreadsheetsOrganizes subscription agreementsAssists with the preparation and organization of documents necessary to close funds
