Accounting Principals is recruiting for a motivated individual who is team-oriented for an Accounting Coordinator in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities for the Accounting Clerk Job in Phoenix, Arizona: Review credit reports and updated accounts information as neededProcessing of credit card paymentsSupport various functions including Accounts Payable, and Accounts ReceivableBank account and credit card reconciliationsPost to General LedgerJournal entriesProcess missing invoices/statements, take payments from customers, and send collection lettersAssist with the processing of travel expense reporting, including regular reporting to managementAssist in preparing and distributing invoice and credit memo documents to customers dailyMaintain spreadsheets in Excel to ensure proper tracking of fundsResearch and resolve discrepanciesMaintain vendor filesRequirements for the Accounting Clerk Job: A minimum of two years Accounting experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and journal entriesAble to work in fast-paced, high volume environmentQuickBooks experience is a plusProficient in MS ExcelHigh accuracy 10-key with over 9000 keystrokes per minuteMulti-entity experience a plusStrong communication skills requiredAble to work in a team environmentStrong customer service skills a plusBenefits of working with Accounting Principals :Competitive hourly payBenefits available (medical, vision, dental, etc.)Resume and job search tipsConnected to an abundance of amazing companies throughout the Phoenix area.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:Accounting: 2 years (Required)
