Description:POSITION SUMMARY: Maintain cash flow through cashier’s office to include accurately preparing bank deposits and processing invoices for payment and distribution.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Distribute checks and savings to guests and residents.* Distribute in-house program compensation.* Accept & record program fees.* Update Guest profiles in Spero software.* Maintain guest account ledgers.* Maintain all petty cash transactions.* Accept payroll packet and distribute pay checks.* Input invoices, credit memos, bank transactions.* Review and cross check vendor statements.* Maintain employee receivables.* Authenticate donations and prepare bank deposits.* Prepare deposit bag for courier pick up.* Occasional bank drop and pick-up.* Carrie other tasks and projects as assigned by the Assistant Controller.* Encourage guests of faith and growth in Jesus Christ.* Commitment to URM mission, vision, and core values.

Requirements:EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND LICENSURES: * High School diploma or GED equivalency.* 4+ years progressively related experience.* Valid Driver’s license required KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: * Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.* Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision.* Ability to organize workload efficiently.* Ability to do basic mathematical calculations.* Ability to write simple correspondence and present information in one-on-one and small groups.* Strong customer, quality, and results orientation.* Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.* Ability to be an effective team member.* Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.* Proficient in Microsoft office programs.* Strong attention to details and problem-solving skills.* Working knowledge of Abila MIP & Spero a plus.* Bi-lingual preferred (English/Spanish).
