Accounting Assistant

nnA premiere entertainment law firm on the westside is looking for a top candidate to join their team as an Accounting Assistant.

This role is an integral part of the organization and will work cross-functionally with a team of accounting professionals in a collaborative, fast-paced, and stimulating work environment.

nn nn nn nn nn nn Responsibilities: nn Manage a variety of miscellaneous accounting tasks Handle accounts payable and receivable
– posting, preparing reports, and entering information into accounting software Keep track of money and how it is dispersed Prepare daily receipts for internal revenue Track and monitor payables and receivables Process code expenses into general ledgers nn nn nn Qualifications: nn 2+ years of relevant experience Bachelor’s degree preferred Must be proactive and motivated with a love for Accounting Experience at either an entertainment law firm, business management, studio, or agency a plus Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and various accounting software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with Sage Accounting Software a plus Strong attention to detail, highest level of confidentiality/discretion, responsive, and accurate nn n nn nn n nn nnPlease submit your resume for consideration.
