Our global entertainment firm client is looking for a Recruiter who has expertise in hiring Finance and Accounting staff.

You will help support hiring needs for a department of almost 100 accounting and finance staff.

As the Recruiter you will use Greenhouse to help build talent pipelines.

You will support hiring needs in both Los Angeles and Orange County.

We are looking for a solid Recruiter who has at least five years of progressive recruiting experience and someone who understands how accounting and finance teams are structured.

Right now this role is remote and there may be a hybrid work option as we get closer to the fall.

– Creating internal recommendations

– Supplying and screening candidates through various sources and platforms

– Executing various administrative duties

– Managing new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

– Writing and posting job opportunity advertisements

– Leading interviews

Job Requirements:

– Well-founded grasp of Talent Pool
– Talent Pipeline experience highly desired
– Foundational knowledge in Talent Management
– General familiarity with Talent Sourcing
– Full Cycle Recruiting experience desired
– Proficiency in Talent Development
– Proven knowledge of Talent Planning
– Talent Acquisition experience required
– 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
– Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
– You can do this job if you have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
– You will do well in this position if you are highly professional, and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
– Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
– Qualified in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
