In this role the manager is responsibility for all internal and external user communications for AccountantsWorld, ensuring our message is consistent and engaging.

Coordinate with product management and development teams to ensure enhancements are communicated in a timely and accurate basis both internally and to our customers.

Ensure that all communication, help text and training materials are complete and up to date.

Identify measurable ways where more effective communication will lead to a reduction in overall call volume and increase customer satisfaction.

Manage content related to our internal knowledgebase, emails, videos, newsletters and other internal and external communications.

Responsibilities :Manage internal and external communications strategyCoordinate internal and external product enhancement communicationsWriting and editing system help text and other technical documentsCoordinating with SME’s to document product features and enhancementsDesign, develop, and produce training videos using Adobe CaptivateExpertly designing and formatting various documentationCopy-edit, proofread, and revise various communications for clientsCreate product literature that highlights our solutions and helps the consumer to easily understand how they would benefit from investing in themCreate and upkeep of content to be featured on our website for a user-friendly experience that focuses on branding our products to the appropriate audienceDevelop fresh story ideas, case studies, etc…Additional job responsibilities as required RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in communications or related field preferred3 years’ experience in communications Excellent presentation and communication skillsStrong experience in development and management of employee and/or customer communicationsDemonstrated ability to use social media channels effectively to deliver messagingExcellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlinesExperience creating targeted content and communications that generate measurable resultsKeen attention to detailExcellent written and oral communication skillsAt AccountantsWorld, we strongly believe that providing work-life balance and a friendly, professional environment are critical to our shared success.
