– 4:30 pm Monday through Friday and the position is based out of our home office at 69 South St in Auburn NY.
As the Director of Patient Services, you get to help your senior/elderly and disabled adult clients stay in their own homes and live with independence and dignity.
You do more than just provide supervision and coaching for our direct care staff.
You help your clients delay the effects of aging and stay as independent as possible by making sure they are mentally stimulated, physically active, and well-nourished.
You encourage independence as much as possible and promote family involvement.You also ensure that their homes are safe environments, reducing the likelihood of accidents and promoting a timely response to illness.
You are meticulous about responding to reports of any changes or concerns promptly.
In this way, you provide real peace-of-mind for our clients and their families.
