Director Of Information Technology

The IT Director is responsible for the vision, leadership and management of information system technologies. They will budget, plan, research, maintain and implement technologies that align with the core business objectives.

* Collaborate with department heads to analyze and then translate business needs into technically viable solutions.* Lead, coordinate, manage and develop key systems in a secure networked environment.* Identifies and eliminates security risks.* Managing the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrading and support of all IT systems.* Develop detailed plans and work closely with CFO to develop budgets for expenses.

* Oversee and maintain Audio & Video systems throughout both facilities.* Maintain systems with focus on uptime specifically for ERP, POS, Website and Smartphone Apps* Create standard operating procedures and written protocols for systems and software.* Provide expertise and support as to when systems need to be upgraded, updated or installed.* Orchestrate training for all staff and management on IT system offerings.* Manage positive rapport and monitors the administration from vendors of hardware, software and services and reviewing business agreements.* Acts as a Manager on Duty (“MOD”) as ‘Weekend MOD’ or ‘Weekday MOD’.

* Oversee the Club’s ‘Help Desk’* Model optimism by remaining focused and calm while administering Member and/or Employee related sensitive and confidential information.* * QUALIFICATIONS:* 6+ years of IT Management preferably in Hospitality Industry preferred.

* 12+ years of total IT experience including but not limited to information security, systems architecture, project implementation, supervision of technical personnel, computers operations management.* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or relevant field a plus.

* Experience with PCI DSS compliance.* Expert knowledge of Routing & Networking, Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 – 2019, Exchange, Active Directory, TCIP, DHCP, DNS, RAS, RDP, GPO, IIS, Apache, Ivanti, Meraki wireless, VMware vCenter & vSphere, Sophos, Cylance, and Veeam Backup.* Familiarity with MCSE, and Saflok (or other Room Key Systems).* Familiarity with onsite PBX systems.* Familiarity with Security Camera systems.* A CCIE or CCNA certification from Cisco Network a plus.* A Certified Hospitality Technology Professional (CHTP) a plus.

* Global NorthStar Software experience preferred.
