Bonded Apparel is looking for a Paralegal!
We are looking for a person who will help us with day to day operations of our real estate portfolio in Downtown LA!
This includes drafting leases, Getting personal guarantees, Issue three day notices, Answer lawsuits, Review insurance documents, Follow up with construction contracts, Follow up with fire department inspections and many more.
As a Paralegal we are looking for candidates with the following experience:
- Investigate facts and law of cases, Using pertinent sources to determine causes of action and prepare cases.
- Develop a working relationship with courts, clients, exhibits and attorneys.
- Contact clients to schedule appointments and discuss the progress of cases.
- Manage Accounts and record of clients with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Meet with clients, Lawyers, Attorneys, and other legal stakeholders regularly to discuss upcoming trials, litigation activities and the result of research conducted.
- Search public records for information about current cases.
- Diverse real estate experience with years in residential real estate title, Escrow industry and evolved with a move into commercial real estate at a law firm, provide a broad experience in closing on a large loan portfolios and litigation research for titled claims.
- Assisted with or attended commercial and residential real estate closings.
