The Frasco® Profiles division provides national and international pre-employment screening services, including background checks, drug screening, physicals and other talent assessment tools.

The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring all products and services are executed in line with client SLAs, legal compliance obligations, and in accordance with established performance and financial goals. The Operations Manager must have a deep working knowledge of employment background and occupational health screening services and operating platforms.

The Operations Manager will be tasked with meeting short and long term goals, setting and achieving team performance benchmarks, creating and maintaining written policies and procedures, and building and maintaining a strong and scalable infrastructure through S&OP planning, staff development, and continual process improvement.

.Requirements:

Primary Job Duties:

  • Maintains, and ensures compliance of programs, policies, processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ensures that performance and quality of service conform to established standards, specifications, and company guidelines.
  • Ensures that audit information, processes and procedures are accurate.
  • Manages assessment activities for the program and manages findings and corrective actions to ensure that milestones for quality and completeness are met.
  • To ensure compliance, provides expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and governmental regulations, and company guidelines.
  • Ensures that procedures and policies are maintained and modified regularly.
  • Manages quality assurance programs
  • Tracks and measures staff performance
  • Researches new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency
  • Assists with Staff Development and Training
  • Works with VP to set and review budgets and manage cost

Skills / Knowledge:

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong Internet research skills; especially with locating information quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
  • Goal oriented and comfortable working with metrics
  • Ability to model behaviors that reflect Frasco Profiles core values
  • Knowledge of assurance and assessment processes
  • Ability to identify technical problems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent editing skills to conform with proper English grammar

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management preferred
  • Must type accurately
  • Experience in performing within a Quality employment background screening/verification position a plus
  • Experience with coaching, teaching, assessing, and mentoring
  • Ability to problem solve and lead teams to produce timely results
  • Strong interpersonal skills and capabilities for dealing with all levels of management, their support teams and broad cross section of clients.
