This Staff Accountant will work with senior accountants and owners and have the following responsibilities: Job Requirements: Responsibilities: Full cycle Accounts Receivable Invoice creations and mailing Apply payments in AR sub ledger Prepare and record daily cash and credit card deposits Research bad checks, charge backs and customer inquiries as needed Full cycle Accounts payable Review, approve code and enter vouchers for payment Audit freight bills against freight manifests Monitor cash flow and select invoices for payment on weekly check run Analyze and research vendor inquires as needed Support and cross train with Senior Staff Accountants as needed Special Projects as assigned by CFO and COO Requirements: Advanced Excel Skills 3 years of Accounting/Bookkeeping experience Accounting or Finance Degree a plus International company experience a plus
