The role of Manager, Marketing is to coordinate Brookfield Properties’ office marketing and advertising efforts for commercial real estate properties in the LA region, thereby effectively positioning the Brookfield brand among its major stakeholders, including tenants and potential tenants, investors and target investors, business partners, brokers and the real estate community.
Work with leasing team to develop a marketing plan and strategy to support their needs of successfully leasing available space.
Ideate and develop memorable marketing collateral, tour floors, and events to support regional leasing goals.
 Write and update marketing materials that reflect and promote Brookfield’s brand, ensuring clear, consistent messages. 
 Ideate, develop, coordinate, and execute creative concepts and direction with in-house creative teams and freelance designers.
Manage from conception to completion.
Establish timelines and delivery according to set schedule(s).
Including, but not limited to leasing e-mails, one-sheets, high-end brochures, invitations, prospective tenant pitch books, tour materials, animated tour floors and other pieces as needed.
Track marketing initiatives.
Update marketing project list and communicate meeting recaps, follow ups and deadlines.
Implement enhancements and/or change of direction as needed following touch base sessions.
 Oversee Advertising efforts and DTLA social media agency/freelancer content, messaging, and scheduling. 
 Oversee website, multi-media presentation content, quarterly updates, and leasing email schedule via Braze platform with leasing admin. 
 Produce memorable leasing events, both on-site within the region, as well as off-site broker-facing events 
 Work closely with retail coordinator to determine opportunities for collaboration.
Identify differentiating offerings within office retail and incorporate in marketing messaging as appropriate.
 Coordinate and facilitate the research and buying of all corporate promotional items. 
 Develop an in depth understanding of Brookfield’s peers, their products and marketing/advertising strategies.
Track competitive marketing activity, conduct research on customer needs, and evolve Brookfield’s programs to be competitive in the market.
As required, provide marketing support as directed; including industry research, preparation of materials including proposals and PowerPoint presentations, and special events support.
Maintain inventory for all printed marketing materials.
This positions must be able to work consistently on site from the Brookfield Regional Office in downtown Los Angeles during normal business hours.
This position is not eligible for telecommuting.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Five to seven years of full-time office/CRE marketing experience preferred.
 Superb writing, editing and proofreading skills 
 Strong design sense, savvy and creative 
 Strong project management skills 
 Excellent PC skills; advanced to expert in using: Outlook, PP, Excel, Adobe 
 Adobe Creative Suite knowledge a plus 
 Fresh and creative thinker 
 Marketing experience in commercial real estate preferred 
 Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
 Detail-oriented 
 Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team 
 Social media savvy
