In this role, you will develop messages using various platforms to inform, engage, and inspire our employees with the information they need to be successful in their roles.

Key Responsibilities In this role, you will Collaborate with People and Culture leader to design and execute the brands employee communications strategy.

Amplify the Companys philosophies and brand by developing content for various mediums that integrates all aspects of the employee lifecycle while promoting the companys culture.

Execute the use of and maintain digital and social collaboration platforms for internal communications.Support retail partners and sister brands to further the Companys goals and priorities with a strong focus on driving business alignment and employee engagement through communications.

Develop, define, and implement communication standards to help tell a consistent story across the brand using a variety of mediums and technology.

Proactively measure the success of communications programs with a performance improvement mentality.

Build and manage a communications editorial calendar.

Required Skills Excellent writing and storytelling skills, and a passion for developing creative and inclusive communications that leave team members energized, informed, and inspired to do their best work.

Strong collaboration, partnership, and project management skills to address the needs of many stakeholders.

Ability to consider the bigger picture and bring sharp attention to detail.

Tech savvy.

Knowledge of emerging practices for interactive communications methods.

Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment within short deadlines.

A trusted partner.

Highly confidential and good with high-pressure or crisis situations.Education/Experience Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, or related program.

Minimum of 5-8 years in employee or internal communications in a large company driving employee-focused communications.

Experience building and maintaining a communication strategy and editorial calendar.

Experience in retail companies is a plus.
