General Manager

Role/Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the company’s offline channels in the United States, formulate local marketing strategy according to company’s marketing plan, organize break down the sales targets and implement them to achieve the performance goal.

· Organize and conduct market research, analyze market conditions and industry trends, grasp the latest sales trends in time, and communicate with the company management in real time, so as to provide decision-making basis for the company’s marketing strategy and new product development.

· Excavate the cooperation resources and cooperation opportunities that are beneficial to the company, and propose effective business cooperation mode.

· Implement the company’s management system, standards, procedures and phased work plans and objectives.

· Sales channel team formation, management and training, to create a high-performance professional team.

· Attend local trade shows and events to further refine assigned market.

Position Qualifications

· Excellent business negotiation skills and capabilities of creative, managerial and self-driven.

· Have good professional ethics, can work under great pressure.

· Professional automobiles knowledge

· Excellent communication and interpersonal relation skills;

· Be capable of performing several tasks;

· Good at using Microsoft Office;

· Communicate with China head office irregularly, probably at nonworking time (due to time difference).
