Job DescriptionQualifying candidates may be eligible for a sign on bonus of up to $5,000This is a fully remote role that may require up to 10% travel, as needed.Candidates located in PST preferred.Schedule is Thursday-Sunday: Thurs 1-5pm and 7pm-4am EST; Fri-Sun 7pm-4am EST.Manage the daily operations of a team of EAP Clinical Counselors.
Provide leadership and subject matter expertise in employee assistance and behavioral health resources and services.
Works closely with managers to ensure consistency in regard to EAP services.
Supervises the daily activity of a team of EAP Clinical Counselors to ensure EAP services are delivered according to guidelines, contract obligations and policies and procedures.
Sets performance expectations and assess, monitors and coaches’ staff regarding individual performance.
Oversees staff case review and debriefing activities.
Serves as a content model expert and mentor to the team regarding practice standards, interventions, problem resolution and critical thinking.
Coordinates performance improvement activities under the direction of EAP leadership.
Creates a positive work environment by acknowledging team contributions, soliciting input, and offering personal assistance, when needed.
Collaborates with team of professionals in a way that supports a positive clinical outcome and continuity of care for all members.
Monitors call and queue volume and allocates resources to meet volume and performance demands.
May perform job requirements as described in the EAP Clinical Counselor job descriptions dependent on staffing needs.
May have own case load.
Provides consultation to internal and/or external constituents in order to facilitate appropriate EAP services to all members’ response to employees with performance, attendance, safety, and fitness for duty, critical incidents and other work-related problems.
Compliance with Policies and Regulatory Standards:
– Protects the confidentiality of member information and adheres to enterprise, EAP policies regarding confidentiality.
Maintains accurate and complete documentation of required information that meets risk management and regulatory requirements.The typical salary range for this role is $66,400
