We are looking for a Recruiter that can handle the hiring process for one of our clients. Our client is looking for someone who has a fun and positive personality, has a sense of urgency, and can make a positive connection with candidates. As a recruiter you will help create job descriptions, source and interview potential candidates, and run and maintain the overall hiring process.
Thsi postions is fully remote, have to work PST hours, and looking to pay $38-$43 an hour on a temp to hire basis. If you are interested please apply today!!
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain job descriptions.
- Source and screen incoming resumes and applications on various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter).
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
- Participate in outside the box recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4-5years experience of full-cycle recruitment, corporate/in-house recruitment
- Bachelor degree in related field preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS Systems and resume databases.
- Successful track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
- Excellent communicator, with ability to lead on sensitive calls
- Approachable style; ability to connect with employees and establish rapport
- Outside the box style of thinking
