Job Description: This is an Architect position supporting the Enterprise Data Science & Platform Services team.
Participates in design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables, to include components of the assessment and optimization of system design and review of user requirements.
Contributes to the determination of technical and operational feasibility of solutions.
Develops prototypes of the system design and works with database, operations, technical support and other IT areas as appropriate throughout development and implementation processes.
Will participate in multiple competing deadlines.
Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; provides tech knowledge and capabilities as data scientist.
Will influence and machine learning data model capabilities, as well as mentor junior resources.
Required Skills:
• 7 years hands on experience building and architecting applications
• 5 years of solutions architecture experience and leading multiple application delivery.
• 5 years of strong hands on platform build experience supporting multi-tenant large scale applications
• 3 years of experience in leading and supporting large multiuser or multi-tenant applications or platforms
• 3 years of developing innovative solutions in areas such as machine learning, computational linguistics, Natural Language Processing (NLP), advanced and semantic information search, extraction, induction, classification and exploration
• Hands on experience in creating NLP Pipelines for text and Document Data Extraction semantics, sentiment processing and understanding
• Hands on experience in developing supervised learning models using python
• Experience in designing and building CICD pipelines using tools like GIT, Artifactory, Ansible
• Independent and able to work in an Agile fast paced environment
• Initiative driven and able to handle multiple priorities in fast paced environment
• Excellent communications skills and able to work collaboratively with the team
