Collection Officer

The Auto Club Group (ACG) provides membership, travel, insurance and financial services offerings to approximately 9 million members and customers across 11 states and 2 U.S.

territories through the AAA, Meemic and Fremont brands.

ACG belongs to the national AAA federation and is the second largest AAA club in North America.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Works with loan originators and underwriters to process consumer loans and support back office processing.

Interacts with customers and dealers to obtain necessary information.

Responds to customer inquiries and provide high quality customer service.

Ensures all processes have been followed and all appropriate documentation is present in the file for the completion of loan.

Authorizes checks/payments within approved authority.

Performs insurance and lien perfection follow-up and other job duties as assigned.

Escalate complex processing, issues and/or check authorizations to higher level staff or Supervisor.Assists management in identifying potential improvements to loan processing workflow and makes recommendations for changes to front end processing systems to ensure maximized efficiency.

Provides input into processing procedures and ensures identified areas of quality service are in compliance with corporate customer satisfaction standards.May participate on special projects when needed.
