Dock Customer Service Agent

DescriptionResponsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:+Answering multiple phone lines+Physically checking customers in+Booking domestic and export airfreight shipments+Data entry+Ensure timely movement of cargo from origin to destination+Ability to communicate effectively to customers and managementRequirementsPhysical Requirements:+Must be able to lift/push/pull at least 35lbs+Must be able to stand on your feet for an 8 to 10 hour shift+Able to get quickly between warehouse and operations many times per hour+Work in cold storage environment+Basic computer skills including e-mail, web browsing, outlook, excel and word.OfficeTeam, a Robert Half Company, matches professionals in the administrative field with remote or on-site jobs on a temporary and temporary-to-full-time basis.
