Accounts Payable Specialist

You must have some serious organizational skills and knowledge of how your work impacts the GL and month end close.
Job Requirements: Responsibilities: HIGH volume full cycle AP Experience with month end close AP tasks AP reconciliation – entries to system balances Some work with expense reports Maintain AP sub-ledger by verifying and posting transactions Report sales tax Requirements: Minimum 3 years solid AP experience Knowledge of basic accounting principles/bookkeeping/double entry accounting Professionalism is a must Very strong analytical skills Excel skills at the pivot and v look up level
