Acquisition Analyst

Kapili Government Services, LLC is looking for a qualified Program Analyst to support PM TRASYS in Orlando, Florida.

JOB DUTIES: Serves as staff expert, principal advisor, and consultant to the Assistant Program Manager for Program Management, for all activities related to acquisition.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Experience working through Government Acquisition process and familiarity with DoD 5000 series documents
• Have a thorough knowledge of acquisition directives, regulations, instructions, orders and other guidance pertaining to the Navy/Marine Corps DESIRED SKILLS:
• Familiarity with key program documents (Single Acquisition Management Plan, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, Requirements Documents as you may be asked to review for substantive issues on a Comments Resolution Matrix)
• Knowledge of acquisition life cycle of programs from Cradle to Grave.

Knowledge of what/when particular documents/events are due at each milestone.

• Ability to assist project officers to develop briefing templates based on acquisition guidance (Program Management Reviews, Milestone Decision Briefs, ACAT Request briefing slides).

• Advanced communication skills as this role communicates with diverse teams from all competencies at every level, from Integrated Project Team up through Government Leadership.

DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
• At least a Bachelor’s degree CITIZENSHIP/SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: A Tier I Background investigation will be required.

Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
