Responsibilities: About this opportunity:Performs duties related to the organization and coordination of records within the Diagnostic Imaging department.

Processes paperwork in accordance with department policies and procedures.

Demonstrates through actions a focus on the care and safety of patients receiving service from the Imaging department.

Greets and registers patients requesting various types of Imaging procedures.

Acts as department liaison to address questions and concerns of on-site patients and their families.

Explains instructions and provides supplies to patient requiring preparation prior to an exam.

Schedules patient studies for all Imaging areas including Diagnostic, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine studies.

Performs other related job duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications: Qualifications:Medical Office experience preferredMultilingual in English and (Spanish/Armenian) preferred.

Minimum of high school education required.

Computer skills for operating within RIS/HIS/PACS, Microsoft Office programs, medical terminology, and excellent customer service skills.
