Job Description
Review monthly and quarterly close schedules Oversee fund and corporate financial reporting, financial planning and budget management reporting Review schedules for annual and quarterly report of actual revenues, transfers, and expenses Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements Oversee the coordination of financial audits and tax return preparation Oversee corporate-level financial outlooks and financial forecasts Review monthly reports Manage and review work of staff and senior accountants
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting Master’s Degree and/or CPA preferred Experience working with Yardi preferred Minimum of 7 years of combined public accounting and private industry accounting and financial reporting experience required Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines REF# 39473
