- Client is the leading provider of Strategic Partnership/M&A Advisory Services in the Healthcare Sector
- Strong & Constant deal flow
- 20+ bankers currently as part of the group. Looking to grow to 30+ by end of the year.
- Sub-Sectors include – Hospitals/Health Systems, Physician Practices, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Managed Care, Long-Term Care/Rehab/Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Care/Hospice, Urgent Care, Behavior Health, Labs & Imaging.
- Deal teams comprise of MD, SVP, 4 Sr. Associates/AVP”s – Each team is working roughly 5-7 deals at any given time.
- Working closely w/ Senior Bankers & Clients.
- White space to grow within the group.
Target Profile:
- Investment Banking, M&A, Business Valuation, Consulting or Auditing experience. Exposure to healthcare services preferred but not required
- Investment Banking/M&A Experienced Associates – Experienced VP/Director level bankers looking for lateral or upward move.
- Current permanent US work authorization required
Position:
- Provide oversight and analytical and research support related to financial modeling and business valuation.
- Responsible for project management and execution of a variety of transaction structures and for a variety of clients in the healthcare industry.
- Oversee Senior Associates and Associates who perform research, maintain proprietary market transaction databases and conduct other analyses.
Responsibilities:
- Lead execution & BD depending on level
- Provide project management on various M&A engagements, and demonstrate leadership when interacting with clients
- Assist in multiple M&A engagements at any given time
- Prepare financial models and valuations of healthcare providers using the discounted cash flow approach, transaction approach and publicly-traded comparables approach and otherwise support on the business
- Bring creative ideas and different viewpoints to client engagements
