Monitoring the workflow of the admitting department, handling quality assurance of all works performed by admitting staff, reviewing work performance, training and coaching admitting staff, developing and maintaining admission standard procedures, performing employee evaluation and serving as liaison between admissions and billing/collection department.

- Ensure smooth Admission Department operations
- Validate adherence to policies and procedures by all staff
- Supervise Admitting team members while applying high guest service standards to ensure a pleasant guest experience and efficient operations
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Admitting
- Cover Admitting office responsibilities and duties when staffing levels
