Senior Business Development Manager US Navy JADC2 Requirements & Demonstrations

Primary Responsibilities: The successful candidate will: Work and lead Business Development and SME efforts with cross-functional Program Manager and Engineering teams leading to demonstrations and strategies to show integrated solutions across the Collision portfolios Represent the JADC2 Experimentation & Demonstration team as the Naval subject matter expert (SME) on multi
– domain, joint and coalition networked operations, Command and Control, Air Battle Management in support of the Defense Department warfighting initiatives Contribute to strategy development within the LVCSM triad to shape, define, pursue and capture new business in the JADC2 market Be responsible for developing, forecasting, and capturing new/existing opportunities and maintaining relationships with new and existing military service customers Develop, present and articulate compelling business growth opportunities that include market and competitive analysis, and price to win strategies via decision point reviews Continually explore the environment for business and strategic growth opportunities Prepare and support company profiles on competitors and potential acquisition candidates, including financial analyses, as well as Strategic Financial Plans and Annual Operations Planning Bring vast experience and professional networks with senior internal and external personnel in areas of expertise Coalition networked operations in support of the Defense Department warfighting initiatives Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on matters often requiring coordination between organizations Comfortable working on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of multiple factors Demonstrate sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions, where erroneous decisions or failure to achieve objectives would have a serious impact on the organization Function with minimal supervision on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments Willing to travel 30% The business is based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and open to remote working.

Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR Advance degree and 7 years of relevant experience OR In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is required Must be a U.S.

Citizen Maintains or is eligible for US DoD Top Secret security clearance.

Preferred Requirements Experience at the military Service level in organizations such as CJCS, Naval Staff, USN OPNAV, FLEET/TYCOM/MAJCOM/CECOM highly desired.

Strong, demonstrated background in military & US Navy C2 structure and networks, and Strike and ISR technologies at the Operational and Tactical Levels of warfare.

Professional verbal and writing, presentation skills mandatory.

Multi-Domain Command and Control/Battle Space Experience/Operational Experience a Plus Passion to lead and grow the business.

Demonstrated experience in in Microsoft Office products and/or SaleForce CRM tool.
