We are driven by our core values: respect, innovation, and collaboration.Essential Functions:Answering high volume callsScheduling calls with clients Updating clients on the status of their case Obtaining records from outside parties Communicating with attorney on updates on the case Connecting with opposing counsel on updatesRequirements 1+ years of experience, preferably working in a labor/employment Excellent writing skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Able to operate a multi-line phone, calculator, cell phone, copier, fax, scanner.
