Job Description

Armada Swimming is seeking an enthusiastic site director to lead our program in the Palos Verdes area of southern California.

The site has 125 swimmers, mostly 13 and under.

We train out of the Rolling Hills Country Day pool (a 25 meter, 5 lane outdoor pool on campus).

The program operates with two assistant coaches and a Head site coach / Director.

We are seeking the right person to expand our program to other sites on the Palos Verdes peninsula, improve the competitive level of the site and expand the program to older athletes.

This will start out is a part time opportunity requiring about 20 hours per week and expand as the site success dictates.

Starting salary will range from $25,000 to $30,000 annually.

Additional teaching opportunities may be possible for the candidate given the appropriate teaching credentials.

Coach owned, Silver Medal, USA Swimming Club in the southern California Area.

We have three sites with over 400 swimmers, ranging from beginning level to Trials.
