Insights into your Role

The Professional Services (PSO) Intern will work with and support VMware Professional Services team in the Americas to help analyze the Americas PS business, looking for opportunities for improvement.

The role requires a strong data analytics and process engineering type of person who is can of work independently with a large, cross-functional team.

Strong communications skills in a must, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to the management team.

Responsibilities will include:
Data analysis
– looking for trends, patterns and insights Present findings to leadership Support of Americas PS Business as well as other tasks with PS as needed

Required Skills
Pursuing an MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business in Technology, Business Administration or relevant fields Strong quantitative, process and analytical skills Someone who loves to collaborate, has strong business ethics and phenomenal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and comfortable working with a huge degree of autonomy
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of the IT industry and VMware technology Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint Python and SQL coding experience Ability to work in a virtual team setting where team members are mostly remote
