In a nutshell: The Manager, Community Partnership Activation role will be primarily responsible for planning and executing community programs related to Angel City FC Corporate Partners.
This role will lead the day-to-day management and execution of assigned corporate partners and their subsequent community programming tied directly from the Angel City Sponsorship Model while supporting the Director, Partnership Marketing in the cross section of sponsorship and community work with the guidance of the Head of Community.
Once here you will (Key Responsibilities): ?
Represent Angel City FC as main contact for assigned Corporate Partners?
community programming and activations ?
Manage all planning and execution of community activations by working under the expertise of the Head of Community and with third party community groups in order to fulfill Corporate Partner deliverables that may include but not limited to events, clinics, giving campaigns, media highlights, and content.

Be responsible for timelines at direction of Director, Partnership Marketing or other Partnership Marketing team members as it relates to client needs or deliverable deadlines ?
Must be able to report regularly on planning and execution status and overall impact of community programs ?
Be the go-to liaison between the Community Department and Sponsorship Department ?
Work with internal departments to compile and share results, successes, and overall impact from our corporate partnerships community work with data or other support.

With the Director, Partnership Marketing or other Partnership Marketing team members, consistently evaluate current partner goals and objectives in the community programs ?
Contribute to and manage assigned department projects that may relate to the community impact work which could include: gameday extensions, digital content implementation, community group inventory management, etc.

Build and support relationships with all community groups or entities with the lens and foresight of the Partnership Marketing team, Community Team, and Angel City FC ?
Create and present execution impact recaps annually as well as after each Corporate Partner?s programming ?
Attend all future home games and special events to manage assigned partner activations ?
Stay up to date with market trends when it comes to Community Activation and Sponsorship and provide recommendations to department to ensure Angel City FC continued success and forward thinking Application requirements and instructions: This member of the Angel City FC front office must embody the spirit of Angel City FC to push the boundaries of what it means to be a soccer club for fans, community, and as a partner.

Minimum of 2-3 years of high-level community, event management and/or partnership activation experience with a passion for community work; sports sponsorship or sports community work is preferred ?
Ability to establish strong relationships, effectively manage expectations and provide information with extraordinary courtesy and tact while safeguarding confidentiality ?
Strong communication skills including written, verbal and interpersonal ?
Deadline-drive and self-starter mentality ?
Ability to establish priorities and courses of action for handling multiple tasks and projects ?
Ability to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high level attention to detail ?
Strong desire to work with community groups and other community organizations to further enable the work they do ?
Expert time management skills ?
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspaces ?
Knowledge of sponsorship measurement tools and processes ?
Ability and desire to work in fast-paced environment ?
Be a team player and contribute to the general success of Angel City FC across all facets, including positively representing Angel City FC among all corporate and community partners ?
