Job Description Full Time Customer Service Rep Needed, Great Benefits Industry leader in the textile manufacturing and distribution business is seeking a responsible candidate to provide customer service support to clients. Responsibilities: – Process orders, returns, credits, and payment variances – Track/trace shipments – Run/review open order reports – Approve returns and credits – Coordinate shipment pick-ups – Run/review open returns and credits -Run reports on a weekly/monthly basis – Perform other duties as assigned Skills Required: -2 years of previous CS experience over the phone -High school diploma or equivalent -Must have previous experience with Oracle or SAP software -Intermediate experience with Excel is required – Excellent verbal, written and communication skills -Knowledge of computer systems. Good working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems & Microsoft Office -Ability to operate fax and copy machines -Must work well with others and follow directions promptly -Punctual and reliable
