Description: San Vicente Bungalows is looking for a dynamic Night Auditor/Overnight Security Agent to join our ever-growing team!
The Night Auditor/Overnight Security Agent is a vital member of the club/hotel and security team who is responsible for providing a hospitable safe and secure environment in which guests can relax overnight.
The Night Auditor / Overnight Security Agent will assist with the protection and safeguarding of all guests and associates of the club and hotel overnight.
Respond rapidly to requests for emergency and non-emergency assistance in a professional and hospitable manner.
Responsibility for obtaining all loss reports, including workers comp and guest incidents.
Will monitor security cameras and accept all calls from guests and/or associates and coordinate action to manage any incident.Balancing the accounts from the day shift.Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outsEnsuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up-calls and other concierge activities according to guest preferenceHandling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordinglyCreating invoices, bills, and checks for vendors, employees, and contractorsManaging and updating all official documentation pertaining to the roleEnsuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departmentsAnswering calls and queries related to potential booking .Requirements:Preferred Qualifications and Skills2 or more years of experience as a security officer/agent in a luxury environmentPrevious experience in handling high profile guestsHigh attention to detail and skilled problem solverPrevious experience in a large amount of contact with guests, local law enforcement, and other club/hotel associates and excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills is a mustPrevious experience with standing for up to 8 hours per shift and being able to lift 40 lbs.Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United StatesPI144736516
