This is a 6-month contract opportunity based out of Los Angeles, CA.Qualifications:+ Experience with HR compensation processes (commission modeling, planning, and calculations, as well as other bonus programs) is highly preferred.+ Experience with Anaplan Software is highly preferred.+ Experience with data modeling, data modeling tools, Alteryx, and advanced Excel skills is a strong plus.+ Develop in-depth knowledge of Anaplan solution implementation and compensation modules through hands-on experience and training.+ Translate current business processes into Anaplan requirements and design.+ Perform commission modeling to execute 2022-year commission modeling.+ Manage monthly commission cycle in Anaplan.+ Pull data from Data Hub, validate correct commission calculation, and confirm the successful generation of reports for Payroll and Global Finance.+ Process any potential mid-year schedule changes and new hires.+ Perform functional testing of the compensation functions and features in Anaplan.+ Experience with requirements gathering functional design, documentation, and problem resolution.+ Build relationships across the organization to foster collaboration.+ Partner and collaborate with project IT team during model development, testing and rollout.About the ClientOur client is an American financial services company.
