Director, Brand Marketing

We are looking for a talented Brand Marketing Director to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee, direct, and manage internal CURATEUR departments of Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Content, Social Media, and Events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Analytics, Growth Marketing, Operations and Member Services
  • Manage and lead external marketing, PR, creative and like agencies
  • Create, manage and maintain P&L for the marketing department to impact overall company P&L with C-level leaders
  • Lead weekly department meetings and CURATEUR weekly all hands meeting
  • Develop and execute annual marketing and brand strategy master program
  • Create brand messaging guidelines with to effectively communicate the CURATEUR voice across owned digital channels and external press communications
  •  Maintain a collaborative environment by empowering teams across departments 
  • Identify, develop and create scalable and bespoke partnerships with strategic external partners to acquire, strengthen and build membership
  • Oversee and implement creative positioning, pitch strategies, and presentation materials for prospective partners
  •  Develop and implement internal client management processes to successfully execute and deliver partnership objectives (ie. kick-offs calls, briefing materials, client communication flow, etc)
  • Align with Analytics and Growth team to develop partnership program KPIs, measure program results and analyze program key findings

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  •  A bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in marketing or brand partnerships
  • Strong business and strategic acumen with proven history in having successfully led partnerships/loyalty programs for memberships
  • An obsession with creating impactful consumer-centric experiences –– you bring passion, enthusiasm, and fresh ideas
  • A management style of mentoring, motivating and empowering direct reports and cross functional teams
  • Exceptional communicator with an ability to tailor messages for both B2B and B2C audiences and internally across all levels of the company
  • Track record of negotiating and deal making in the fashion, beauty, hospitality, entertainment and talent industry
  • Extensive experience leading and producing creative partnership campaigns that overdeliver results
