Seeking a well-seasoned leader to become the new Interim Director of Perioperative!
The Position
The Interim Director of Perioperative will be responsible for the oversight of multiple locations including 18+ FTEs. The Director will ensure current policies are brought up to date, create and promote trust within surgeon relationships, as well as ensure the organization is compliant according to the Joint Commission. Ideal candidates will be hands-on, well-seasoned leaders with strong collaboration skills. Active CA RN license required. Must be available to start within 2 weeks upon acceptance.

In a standard Interim Leadership arrangement, the client pays for travel home every other weekend.
The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization.
Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
