Your new role.
Our Call Center Agents take a high volume of inbound calls from Dental Offices, Benefit Administrators and Members and Subscribers looking for benefit and claim information.
We train our agents thoroughly during the first 6 weeks to understand dental terminology and to gain the knowledge needed about our benefit programs offered.
The training is onsite from 8 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday.
Once you’ve completed training, the schedule will be Monday through Thursday 10:30 am to 6:30 pm and Friday 9 to 5 pm/8 to 4 pm and will likely be remote for the foreseeable future.
This hourly role begins at $23/hour and our associates are paid weekly.

– people who thrive on providing an exceptional experience to every caller 1-2 years of customer service experience, call center experience is preferred Knowledge of standard call center metrics and KPI’s, and the ability to meet and exceed these goals Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Ability to work hybrid office/remote schedule Insurance background preferred What you’ll get in return.
