– 4:45P.M or later.Temp to hire with a 1 week probation period.Need good multitaskers and also think skinned to deal with demandingcustomersIndividual will answer phones from customers and take orders via the telephone they will then prepare the orders for processing to be given to the truck fleet for delivery.
They will take 24 to 30 orders on average per day and be responsible for three trucks out of their fleet of 18.Ideal candidates will have great detail orientation be comfortable with processing paperwork and computer savvy to learn their proprietary system.Ideal personality traits are people that are outgoing and not afraid of rejection someone that will not take things personally but have a good sense of humor and roll with the punches.They will be calling out to customers that have existing business to confirm their orders as well as taking calls from customers that are calling in to confirm their delivery.Great company to work for with steady hours and a fast-paced environment looking for someone who likes to have fun and keep it light ,family oriented.Hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 445 with possible overtime 3 to 4 days a week.Dress code is nice casual shorts and flip-flops are OK as long as they are presentable, lunch is 45 minutes and two 10 minute breaks.Fluent Spanish is needed for taking orders.Express Office: Van Nuys7241 Lankershim BoulevardSuite ANorth Hollywood, CA 91605
