Regional Property Onboarding Manager (West – Traveling) AvantStay delivers exceptional, unique stays for group travelers. The company has built a tech-enabled millennial hospitality brand to be the new standard for group experience. What we are looking for A highly motivated and organized Traveling Onboarding Installer to oversee the coordination and execution of the onboarding activities for our new AvantStay properties. The Traveling Onboarding Installer will be an integral part of our property acquisitions and will act as the liaison between property owners and AvantStay through the onboarding processes. This role requires you to travel at least 75% of the year as we expand into new and current markets. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and the fast-paced environment that comes along with it, and they will be highly skilled in organization, communication, sourcing and project management. This person is resourceful and a problem solver who loves to act in a project manager capacity. Prior experience in the STR industry is nice to have but not required. What youll do Oversee the entire physical onboarding process of new homes A self-starter with a positive attitude, who has the ability to remotely manage projects on a fast paced level Develop and utilize local third-party vendors and community relationships to aid in the onboarding process. Collaborate with our PMO, Design, Onboarding, and Field Ops teams to ensure the onboarding process runs smoothly, on-budget, and on-time. Ensure all onboarded properties are of AvantStay caliber and quality. Manage special onboarding and operations projects as necessary. A self-starter with a positive attitude, who has the ability to remotely manage projects on a fast paced level Responsible for overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed the entire way through. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. Manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. You will play a key role in physically installing new homes in your assigned region(s) Travel 75%+ What youll bring Bachelors Degree in a related field a plus 2+ years of experience in property onboarding and project management. Previous experience in hospitality, real estate, and/or property management required. Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Ability to prioritize numerous competing tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Excellent communication skills; comfortable with acting as a brand ambassador and liaison for AvantStay and having difficult conversations as necessary.
