The ideal candidate will have previous experience sourcing and recruiting for technical positions and be comfortable working with hiring managers.
This position will provide a wide range of staffing and recruiting support to the HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers within the organization.
Primary Responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Leverage various recruiting platforms such as job boards, internet searches, and social media to source qualified candidates for technical positions Develop strong networks of people to provide a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to hiring managers for hard to fill positions Pre-screen resumes and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
This includes being able to evaluate candidate fit by engaging both technical and behavioral interviewing techniques.
Document candidate evaluation and interview process Manage multiple requisitions and maintain accurate candidate records in ATS for reporting purposes Job Requirements 1 years’ experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably for technical roles Prior experience recruiting for electrical engineers or other similar engineer roles Experience with LinkedIn recruiter Experienced sourcing for passive candidates Proficiency in innovative and effective sourcing techniques using online social and professional networks Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and reprioritize with little notice Keen attention to detail and organization Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Professional and dependable Background and drug test Please send your resume.
