If you are motivated to help solve the world’s food problems, we want you on our team We are searching for a Finance Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a related field to support the FP&A and Farm Development function.

We are looking for someone who is highly proficient with financial modeling and someone who can take charge of a project and deliver results.

Our ideal candidate has the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into digestible information.

Responsibilities : Develop and maintain excel financial models for farm projects in the US and abroad as well as maintain the corporate model.

Perform cash flow analysis, synthesis results in a timely manner.

Conduct reviews of legal and operating documents to ensure model assumptions are valid in coordination with external and internal parties.

Conduct field research and analysis to understand key drivers, financial trends and risks/opportunities.

Prepare for and lead meetings, understanding the “story” behind the numbers and communicating it effectively to your audience.

Identify business trends utilizing multiple sources of data.

Compile analysis & compliance reports for the management team and third parties with follow-up on all emails.

Gather important company data and compile it into reports that district and departmental managers can use.

Design, review, and analyze reports and data complications as requested.

Leverage quantitative skillset to work on special projects such as building data analytics capabilities, utilizing lean management principles to optimize processes, and developing next-generation analytical tools.

Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline including finance and economics; MBA and C.P.A helpful 2 years of work experience in project finance, investment banking, credit research, private equity, quantitative finance, management consulting A good common-sense of how business works Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks Must have ability to prioritize workload on a continuous basis Must be a self-starter, highly motivated and excellent follow through Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Google Sheets Strong oral and written communication skills Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary Competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401k and FSA plans Flexible PTO and paid holidays U.S.
