This is a full time/ non-exempt position with a starting rate of $15 per hour, pay commensurate with experience level.
Schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday
– Friday, 8am
– 5pm.
Job Requirements: Job Responsibilities/Tasks: Daily cash reports reconciliation; audit for accuracy & completeness Merchant Services including credit card sales & chargebacks, debit cards & gift cards Complete deposits and prepare/post associated journal entries Prepare retail vendor ACH and retail credit card payments and prepare/post associated journal entries Assist with month end reports and reconciliations Inventory cycle counts Inventory open to buy processing Stock adjustments Merchandise inventory transfers Process inventory invoices for multiple companies Match original invoices with receiving documents, perform calculations to determine appropriate payment schedules and amounts, and make modifications as necessary Ability to understand and interpret vendor invoices, statements, and other requests for payment Have knowledge of purchase orders and related accounts payable documentation Process non-inventory invoices (operational expenses/capitalized assets, etc.) Qualifications: Team Oriented Strong math skills Detail oriented Effective organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) Experience with journal entries, inventory and A/P Excellent written & verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task Address: 3850 S.
