The Growth Marketing Manager is part of a growing team reporting into the Director of Acquisition hired to support and strategize on media mix to drive new customers to the brand. You – an expert across paid media (search, paid social FB/IG, TikTok, Snap YouTube, etc.. ) — with focus on strategy and implementation to reach our acquisition goal within our CAC ranges. You will be highly analytical and have familiarity with attribution and related models. You will be a testing wizard – always looking to uncover new learnings and willing to take risks along the way. *What you’ll do:* Relentless focus on customer acquisition across media – optimizing and launching new and emerging paid media channels.
Manage channel strategies for growth marketing efforts across paid acquisition, with a focus on improving LTV:CAC.
Implement standard methodologies for experimentation frameworks using analysis and attribution methodology.
Partner closely with the Creative and Analytics teams to uncover insights and bring campaign creative to life for maximum relevance and impact. Having a POV on content and creative to drive performance. Collaborate closely with Marketing (design and copy) to optimize creative assets and landing pages across new and existing paid media channels.
Cross functional problem solving reporting and alignment. Working cross functionally to drive key business results. Support agency of record with innovative growth tactics such as Snap, TikTok, partnerships, referral and more in search of scalable sources of member growth.
Set marketing OKRs, calendar and budget across all owned/ earned channels.*What you’ll need:* 5+ years in a role on a growth or marketing team of a performance oriented, consumer-focused brand or firm with a proven track record of success.
Deep understanding of best practices in across key growth marketing channels (Google, Facebook, Display, Audio, Streamings Video, etc).
Direct to consumer marketing experience. Understands digitally driven products and culture influencing brands/creative/paid strategies
Fun, motivated, ambitious. Bias towards analytics and measurement, and extensive experience with having your work measured against or towards revenue-related goals.
Comfort and ease working with finance teams to align on budgets, financial targets and the measurement of key financial performance metrics (i.e., CAC, ROAS etc..)
Proven track record of developing frameworks and workflows that enable teams to achieve peak performance.
