Louis, MO Recruiter Responsibilities include: Identify candidates using job boards, internal databases, referrals, and networking events.

See through the full lifecycle of recruitment to include (but not limited to): Sourcing resumes, interviewing candidates, employment terms, and maintaining relationships post placements.

Fully evaluate candidates against technical requirements of clients to align with the best career move.

Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and clients alike.

Generate sales leads.

Account Manager Responsibilities Include: Recruiters are eligible for promotions to Account Management after demonstrating success as a Recruiter and exhibiting interest and tenacity for sales.

Identify and build client base by generating leads through internal databases, web, research, referrals, networking events, and more.

Cold calling prospective leads to establish partnerships with potential clients.

Scheduling and leading business meetings to build client relationships.

Generate new job orders and maintain an updated Applicant Tracking System.

Oversee a team of recruiters to successfully fill job orders in a timely manner.
