Senior Director – Corporate Strategy

Corporate Strategy is a critical and highly visible team focused on the top global priorities for Honeywell.

The team engages deeply on corporate and select business unit initiatives, including strategy development, growth opportunities, and portfolio assessment.

The role is responsible for creating top-level business strategies, backed by rigorous quantitative analysis and qualitative insights, and aligning Honeywell strategies to investment and operational plans.

Key Responsibilities:
· Define growth and competitive advantage opportunities by identifying technology trends, portfolio integration and expansion opportunities and business model evolution
· Partner with senior leadership to identify and execute on growth and margin expansion opportunities, constructively challenging “where to play” and “how to win” choices
· Continue to evolve strategy, business, and go-to-market capabilities by being a “player-coach” on critical projects
· Manage several people in the Corporate Strategy team, balancing projects, and workload
· Leverage experience in strategic planning and analysis, marketing/market research, competitive intelligence, and corporate business development YOU MUST HAVE
· Master’s degree
· Minimum 12 years’ experience in Corporate Strategy, to include:
· Experience at a large global organization in industrial sector
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a strategy consulting firm
· Managerial experience
· Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder WE VALUE
· Top-tier strategy consulting firm experience, solid financial grounding, and background in Corporate Strategy
· Demonstrated business acumen with a track record of developing and driving growth initiatives
· Ability to deliver a consolidated view of the market and competitive environment, and to translate analytics into business opportunities
· Strong leadership, talent development, negotiation, and influencing skills
· Ability to structure and independently lead cross-functional strategy projects, working collaboratively with stakeholders across the company
· Storytelling skills: ability to deliver presentations with ease and engage audiences
· Solid financial grounding and international operating experience
· Technical understanding of customer requirements and product offerings
· Proven capacity to forge solid relationships and manage across broad and geographically dispersed businesses
· Experience with project planning, scoping, and execution in an agile or phase-gate environment
