Growing healthcare company is looking to hire a Controller.
Primary duties to include: Responsible for the review, assessment, and implementation of accounting standards and compliance.
Manage the month-end close process.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
Preparing monthly internal financial statements, budgets, forecasts and analyzing and cash funding needs.
Oversee P/L for multiple retail site locations.
Responsible for quarterly and annual audits.
Financial reporting to private equity firm.
Oversee routine assessment and development to improve efficiency and productivity of the accounting and finance department.
Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, CPA, MBA, and 7-10 years experience in a similar role.
Must have large ERP systems experience and advanced skills in MS Excel.
Healthcare experience is preferred.
