AP/Accounting Clerk

Oxford Health Group a rapidly growing multi-entity Healthcare company seeking a motivated self-starter to join our Accounting Team.

The right candidate will play an integral role in supporting our AP/AR department.
The AP Clerk performs routine clerical, filing, and data entry tasks for accounting data including accounts payable, billing, and receivables.
Responsibilities

Accounts receivable: payment processing, bank deposit
Accounts payable: Bill entry, statement processing, disbursements
Maintain accounting and bookkeeping activities
Assist in resolving any financial discrepancies and inquiries
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
Monitor daily bank balances and outstanding checks’ list
Other assigned tasks when needed

Qualifications

2-3 years of AP experience (Preferred)
Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Quickbooks Software a must
Detail Oriented
Data Entry skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
Tech Savvy
– Familiarity with Slack a plus

Full Time Schedule, Mon-Friday 10AM-7PM
